I said Q3 or Q4. I didn't say anything that called into question anything M. Kay said. Contracts and deals in second half are still in 2017. They can be announced when they happen - it doesn't require waiting until April-June 2018. Also, I thought the first court date was in Feb, so there would be a settlement before not after the court assesses damages, imho.
