If what you say happens, what you say will never happen lol. Let me explain. 4th Q does not come out until well into 2018. Which means 2017 will be horrible for sfor pps. Can you imagine the pps if 3rd Q comes in November and they show numbers under like 200 thousand dollars I dont care how low the pps will be at that time it will drop alot lower. So without any concrete prs. The year will end with a pps possibly under .002. Also if he does not release any major prs I guarantee next year in april when the 10k comes out for this year it will be horrible. But by than everyone will have been trained into saying the end of 2018 or beginning of 2019 will be awesome or settlements any time. I personally don't think we will see any settlement until atleast july of next year and when they happen max pps will be .02 or .03 they will all imo be less than the msft settlement with free lisencing lol. It all hinges on 3rd quarter 10Q for that is the end of the year. If the 3rd Q is bad and no huge revenue the last resort is multiple prs like he promised at the end of the year if that does not happen this ticker is done for. At that point even settlements will not help it. If any good settlements happen at that point only ACS will benefit somehow some way they will find a way to screw the shareholders here. So this is the last chance last year sfor has to cause the pps to truely run. If not it is over for this ticker. Not to mention it would also make kay a huuuuge liar. Jmho.
