I love this play as well and I hear all the good things you are saying. All I'm saying is that given the negative way the market has treated the stock for a protracted period of time, it's a stretch to say that we absolutely know what we have. We do not know for certain that Sc will fetch the price cited in the FS; we do not know that an Sc offtake agreement(s) will materialize. We do not know if a $1 billion CAPEX can be financed, etc. etc. Yes, like you I am betting on all these things turning out the right way but there remains uncertainty. As Donald Rumsfeld used to say, "There are unknown knowns."
