"Unknown unknowns" !! A very wise observation!! Walter, I too am at a loss as to why the market is treating Niocorp the way it is????!!!
My ASSUMPTIONS are significant interests were waiting for Detailed Feasibility Study and they need a little time to sift through it. Also there are many opportunities in the market and perhaps some investors feel there are better risks out there. I also assume very few people understand the "Mining Sector"? I for one knew NOTHING about it until I heard of this opportunity through a friend. People probably tend to invest in what they understand or what their broker recommends. So people like me believe that soon others will wish they got in much sooner. Very easy to say "woulda, coulda, shoulda!!!" I suppose many will one day talk about the millions they ALMOST MADE!!!
As for me I'm in for the long haul!! I plan on retiring quite comfortably due to Niocorp and SCANDIUM!!!!!

Classic quote, sir.

The known knowns are why I invested. Strong management, encouraging feasibility study Etc. The known unknowns are what make this investment a gamble and cost me a bit of sleep. Debt/equity financing, off-takes, water, permits etc. All potential road blocks and obstacles that can be overcome.

Given how the stock price has moved since I first invested early this year I can't help but wonder if the unknown unknowns to me/us are not unknown to the market. Are we all missing something? The rational part of me says No, but you can never know for sure with unknown unknowns.

I sincerely appreciate your insights on this board sir.
