If you are still having to ask those two questions, you haven't been paying attention.

First question : Who is the victim ?

Second question: Where is the intent if the company filed thru the SEC?

1. Anyone that has lost money on a scam.
2. Scammers often are SEC filers, and lie through their teeth in their filings. Sociopaths would rather lie even when the truth would serve them better.
