Not at all but the Prosecutor will not file the case unless the evidence is strong..........

First question : Who is the victim ?

Second question: Where is the intent if the company filed thru the SEC?

This reminds me of the pigeon drop scam where the victim lost 5,000 to two strangers who agreed to share five million.........they found....
