yeah ,I understand about those kind of dreams.
The thing about it with me is that when Ive had these premonition dreams, or astral travelling dreams, I always know whether it was a real out of body travel,or not, because when it's an astral journey, the dream is more vivid, more colorful, it feels like I'm really there. theres a different quality to the experience. its as if my soul just knows this is a real vision,and not just a dream.
When I just have a regular dream, theres a part of me that knows I'm lying in the bed and I'm dreaming. But these astral travel dreams are very different. They become very real, fully immersed in that place, and its like I realize I'm no longer in the bed. and after a while I also become aware that I cant stay away from my body for too long, I have to get back into the body, and in a flash I feel myself get sucked back into my body and I wake up from the experience. I miss having those astral journeys. Havent had any in quite a few years. I used to have a few every year or so.
