Never tried Ublock, I'm happy I don't have to buy a new computer, and Adblock Plus was easy to install, here it is again edited a bit more:

1. open firefox and click "Tools" at the top left and click "add-ons"
2. Scroll down to the bottom and click "see more add-ons"
3. in the search for more add-ons box on the top right enter Adblock Plus
4. click to "add to firefox" and click "Add" at the top left
5. once downloaded click on the new ABP red stop sign that should now appear at the top right and click "Filter Preferences"
6. then go to the bottom and unckeck the box "Allow some non-intrusive advertising" and click close
7. Now you should be able to navigate much faster and if there is ever an ad that still shows up you can hover over it until a tab that says "Block" appears and click it
