What makes you believe that anything posted by the TAUG paid consultant is true or what his tortured interpretation of civil process is accurate. The track record has not been particularly good thus far.
There will be no TAUG shareholder class action suit. While it is possible to sue anyone for anything in the current Obama era courts, in the annals of American business nobody was ever dumb enough to start a class action suit solely on behalf of shareholders and no class action firm has ever taken one on.
In fact, if what the paid consultant is correct, why should TAUG shareholders wait. Do it now.
Repeated discussion of this shows how weak the TAUG paid consultant really thinks TAUG's case is.
