I checked on the viability of adding attorney Herzog and the malpractice insurance company to a class action suit by TAUG shareholders as Defendants. If what you stated is true and attorney Herzog repeatedly ignored requests to have the working papers returned, and then subsequently delayed returning the working papers both could be Defendants in a class-action suit.
