Maybe you should ask Berman if a TAUG shareholder lawsuit was brought up in the settlement conference. The funny thing about class action lawsuits is that it is very very hard to win punitive damages.

But looks like the Defendants and insurance company meet the bar. The negligence's were not isolated instances, but were systematic and intentional and all in violation of the PCAOB rules and the Code of Professional Conduct.

So, you just keep on telling yourself this is a run of the mill case because I doubt anyone beleives that
