I used to order a lot of these with good results. My patients that have used the older ones are saying these
are not working as well. I also do not notice them working as well on myself. have not used the new ones very much but they changed the way they are made
They look better but just don't seem to work very well. Hope they go back to the original. Sine PEMF is based on frequency it may just be that the older models had a frequency nearer my own and prvious mentioned patients. I highly recommend PEMF therapy but unfortunately not all machines are created equal and a Chiropractor friend says he does not see great results. The Actipatch is battery operated so as long as you do not expect to much they are worth the money. I prescribe them as an adjunct therapy and explain that they only penetrate a small depth.

I used the loop on my shoulder instead of my knee, I had it on 14-16 hours for 3 days in a row and knocked out my pain. It was best to put it on a few hours before bed so it can have time to work. it also has a little green light that seems very bright at night, so I put a piece of tape over it. To affix this to my shoulder I used medical tape and put 5 small strips on it and wore a T-shirt over it and it stayed on all night. Takes a little effort to put it on but if taking Motrin was doing it, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. Next I'm going to try it on my back.
