Can't recommend the actipatch highly enough! It has really helped with my lower back pain, shoulder pain and even stomach cramps! I find that the belt tends to scratch a little on the seams but to be honest I just use the loop and fasten it with plaster tape or just tuck it into my jeans most of the time. I have had 2 now and am just ordering my 3rd. Really do last 720 hrs or more? had it months anyway and it is used daily for a few hours. If you accidentally drop it in water it still works. If you are skeptical give it a try. Buy the trial one that way you won't spend as much on the full product. The only difference is you can't swtich off the 7 day trial one. The full product however has a discreet push in switch to activate/deactivate. Just turn it off when not in use. Go on try this for yourself. If like me you struggle with daily activities due to fibromyalgia or similar then this will really be worth trying. I love it so much I recommend it to everyone who has muscle/joint pains etc
