Based on sales reported and the apparent lack of reorders + the slow pace which it has moved at in the Target stores, I would say the brand being worth $7M as of today is a fantasy. Remember TGIF who owns 8% of it has an option to buy the renaming 7% of their option with a COMBINED value of BiVi and Bellissima of 3.5M (as per their filings, as discussed this weekend) and despite having all the info as to how things are doing, they do not see the value at this point.
