Didn't really see this happening this soon and for what reason? I see none. Dilution...ok...but even if he maxed it out to 1.5 Billion right now..it's not like the valuation is super undervalued. Market cap of 7 million? Can anyone honestly tell me right now today that Bellisima would sell for less than 7 million? I doubt it. It's in its infancy and i still believe it could be worth over 10 million.
