3) If results were continuing to improve and improve some more in this trial/new trial and, in the Biogen testing, results are noteworthy, it might be beneficial for Anavex to remain silent and wait to disclose such results with a third party in hand and that third party is there to declare, "We believe in 2-73!" ... especially if it were a government agency, such as the FDA or the Australian Health Ministry. Timeline not established as of yet ... might hear of it in next week's 3Q report

additional thought; Homeostasis being restored in CNS pt w/AD or other disease is assumed to be a restorative process, there is some evidence that assumption is proven. Then what happens? Has the pts previous medical condition been treated to the point of no symptoms and nature takes it course? What claims can be made with confidence since it has never been done? It occurs that the new FDA trials rules will also require some definitions for when the treatment is finished, then what. What are the guidelines for declaring victory? How do we know? Since no one has ever walked away from AD the Rett trials and implications for the CNS diseases gets bigger all the time.
