TAUG HAD/HAS NOTHING OF VALUE...NO ASSETS, NO PRODUCTS, NO MONEY TO SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT (check-out Pilus!), NO PEOPLE, AND MILLIONS IN DEBT!

These facts were just as true in mid-2015 as today! A tax loss carry forward? Sorry, these are a dime a dozen in pennyland! Publicly listed? Sorry, these are a dime a dozen in pennyland! Many are even traded on the QB!
