Completely understand Multi... I feel the same and wish I had more answers than I do, but to answer some of your questions...

I actually went to Somerset, New Jersey on business training and consulting for one of our customers. Traveled there Monday, worked Tues - Thurs. and after work on Thurs. drove over to Edison, NJ where StrikeForce office is. Got there at about 4:40ish, so I wasn't sure who would be there and had my visit with Mark. My wife, son, and niece flew over on Thursday and I picked them up at the Newark airport right after going to SFOR and we vacationed all over the North East from that Thursday night for 8-9 days returning to CA on Saturday. (New York 4 nights, Boston, Newport RI, Philadelphia, Washington DC, New Jersey) - 1000 miles driven.

(I work for a software company that makes ERP software for manufacturing companies so I'm aware of aspects of a software company like SFOR, which is much smaller than where I work. You don't have to be in an office to program, train, consult, or hold meetings.. thank you Skype!)

There was one other person who left while I was talking with Mark, who I assumed was RAM being of either Persian or Indian heritage (forgive me I didn't get even a good look at this person) but Mark said "goodbye ....", to him, but the name wasn't Ram... not sure exactly what it was but more complicated than Ram. It may have been him, but it could have been someone else. That was the only other person, but again this was the very end of the day... it looked like more desks with cubical walls were established but I didn't go CSI on the place. In the front left corner they did have a big trade show booth setup or sitting there, which looked like they could do the video interviews right from there.

In regards to:

he did tell me much of what we on here already know, but it seemed these are the questions he was asked most often.

That was pretty vague, I kinda felt i should have changed my words at the moment of writing them, but needed to hurry my post...

Sorry, no info was asked or provided about stock reversal, dilution, sales, revenue. Mark was very open, and not hiding anything I just didn't ask because I was surprised I even got to get there before closing that day. I don't believe there are any games being played or hidden agendas whatsoever. They are a business trying to get their due from companies infringing (stealing) their patented technology. HSN being a way to get the word out and in big box stores is not something you do with software at a cost if you are only looking for infringers. They are a real legit company doing what they need to in order to grow the business. This is just the start for SFOR and I know with their business foundation that they will springboard from where they are now with some time. IMO of course. ... but I consult businesses all over the US and have seen a lot. They just have their work cutout for themselves because of the infringers stealing their initial gold mine.

I hope this helps, I know many of us have done amazing DD, and I wanted to see for myself and do what I could to add to the overall picture of who StrikeForce is currently. This was my experience and my stated conclusions are my opinion. I usually don't share it unless I am more concrete in my conclusions.

Good Luck To All!
