Very good thoughts Steve43!
I know you only post 1x per day, so I look forward to your answer tomorrow.
How would you see MLM working in conjunction with retail sales at the chain store level?
I have limited experience in MLM, but I have been involved with a few over the years. I currently purchase my daily vitamin packs through Nuskin.com, a highly successful MLM that does billion$$$ annually worldwide.
My neighbor has wanted me to join the Nuskin MLM for years...but I just don't care for the concept. I went pretty deep with his company leaders to see if they would be open to sell at retail stores, while also doing MLM. Even went as far as potentially making the pharma techs "members of the MLM". But it just couldn't work with the "direct to consumer" MLM that Nuskin operates under.
So, can you do both with BIEL? I really don't know.
The "shareasale.com" concept doesn't appear to be MLM, IMHO.
It's more of a referral commission for websites to direct people to click on the BIEL link and IF a purchase is made, then the website creating the link gets a commission. It's a good idea and part of the BIEL sales arsenal, but not MLM.
MLM could be an exceptional way to distribute BIEL products EXCLUSIVELY. NO CHAINS. Hmmmmm.
one might say, well that's weird to be thinking like that. But in reality, it could be the most effective way to get the product into EVERY consumers hand that has Chronic pain.
Everybody knows somebody with chronic pain. There really is no better way than thru word of mouth (peer to peer) to get another person to take action. IMHO, every single BIEL investor could be a BIEL - MLM distributor.
Now that is an idea worth pursuing. But I don't think it can work with also having retail sales outlets due to a MLM distributor setting up a consumer and then the consumer simply ditches the MLM for retail chain store purchases.
You thoughts? Everybody please chime in...

cheers
