Garden of Good and Evil

They suck! The Mississippi River is loaded with them. I got the bright idea the other day that I was going to catch and eat one. Catching was easy, cleaning was a cinch, I have never seen a bonier fish in my life. The meat was clean, mild, and had a decent flavor. Those bones were too much. One of my red-neck buddies says to grind them up and fry the patty. Ummmm....no thanks!

The Japanese beetles are next. Those little boogers are devouring the vegetation in my parts. They are getting thicker all the time, totally destroyed my apple tree and they are everywhere I go.
