You might want to add in a tetanus shot before any immunotherapy as it is known to prime an immune response. Also, Dr. Linda Liau mentioned an already approved treatment in one of her presentations that I have back in my notes somewhere that can help unmethylated? or proneural? patients achieve a better response to treatment.
