As said before,,I have spent a lot of time to read this whole message board in its entirety.
Why?
I own a considerable amount of stock purchased in the open market as well as privately.
Some have made a lot of statements that they have no proof of.
I believe the transaction in question that "allegedly"was fraudulent involved several other parties that either.
1. received cash(Malak,Voip-pal)
2.or received stock, Kevin Krysler's Five Nines Global Partners.
3. The legal entities that vetted the transactions...VPLM's Attornies, Aaron McGeary, Kurt Bonds of Alverson Taylor,also Mr Malak's own attorney Suzan El Khatib
4.Finally the authorized signing authorities that signed the final documents.
This is only my opinion based on my own due diligence, no accusations of illegal activity are implied.
BTW RK and KK supplied the money/stock and VOIP-pal /Malak received the money
