Why was everything seemingly looking good w/the development of Voip-Pal as a vsp & then looking even way better w/the acquisition as pr'd by Chang (wow, what a concept, what a plan!).........but then, out of nowhere.....for no apparent reason, w/o any announcement or feedback to or from the shareholders, the whole plan just up and disappears, just scrapped and now all of a sudden it's a for sale thing and Malak is in control w/the seeming (to me) sweetheart deal he carved out for himself, you know, the lol, "anti-dilution" clause, lol. That's "following the money", is it not? I want to know what happened (or what you think happened) to what I thought was an up & coming voip service provider, Voip-Pal, who then acquires the keys to the voip universe, supposedly/allegedly, the patent applications, which logically should be the a pairing w/the ingredients to become the almost overnight "ma bell" of the voip industry.......applications which obviously were patentable, and then give up the whole thing for 5 yrs of all this never ending wheel spinning carnival???
