Let me try and help:

We are not in "court" in the normal sense, for one.

Number two, if all dilution IS DECLARED in filings and is KNOWN, which it is, how is this a scam? If, for example, a company says they are issuing 500,000,000 shares to be "retired", then DOESN'T, THAT WOULD BE A SCAM! Not the case here.

Number three, the lawsuits cited regarding Scottsdale and such are not an issue to the current company!

Going to love when that crook kipping is dealt with!
