Well, you had to be here at the time all this was happening and had to appreciate the financial stress SFOR was under. WhiteSky just screwed them on the Comcast deal which was bringing in nice cash every quarter. Shareholders generally thought the ACS deal was not a good deal on its face, however, Mark Kay said wait and see. If, ACS gets us McAfee and Intel plus other big enterprise names, it was worth doing the deal. Remember, with the GID products ACS has the enterprise deals, the big guys, while SFOR has SMB and retail, selling under Strikeforce. I think we are in a great position at this point, but time will tell, my money is on SFOR...
