I think the warranty/repairs/technical support aspect of it is going to eat in to the bottom line of GZ profits. I mean there has to be full time employees on standby for any mechanical casualties, right?

Totally disagree.. The few parts that could fail (fans, etc), can likely just be swapped by anyone with basic mechanical ability. They put them in MOST spas for the past 25 years and they rarely ever fail... When you open the lid to your spa and it smells like there was just a lightning storm, its working.

An Ozone generator produces gas, it does not have many moving parts.. I bet they can make a system for mid-low 5 figures, including piping... and labor/installation cant be that much on top of this. Its like installing a spinkler system, without needing to dig. lol
