- How much does AMFE get of that profit? (How much goes to Roto for a Roto-Gro unit, how much goes to Ambrose or ACTS, I know they have to get a nice share, Amfil is named after the guy) See first answer.
- What is our inventory and how long does it take to manufacture one? Good question, but IMO its not a major concern. GZ will not be a high volume item for some time... Ambrose has been building these systems over decades, for companies much larger than any MJ company we will sell to in the foreseeable future and the tech is not that much different. I bet they outsource the production of the chassis, parts, etc then just do assembly in house.
- Where are they manufactured?
Our JV partner in the EcoPrO3 project, AOI (Advanced Ozone Integration), has recently leased and completed required upgrades/renovations on an office and manufacturing facility near Toronto, Ontario. This will provide the projects President, Ambrose Fillis, with further oversight of the manufacturing process which was previously occurring in Michigan. Ambrose is in the process of obtaining the inventory to complete the transition of the manufacturing process to this new space to coincide with the developing sales and distribution of the product line. The new facility will also include a display of the Roto-Gro/EcoPrO3 systems.

- What type of technical and mechanical support does AMFE have in place for future sales? Are we going to fly technicians out across North America and the globe to fix these specialized pieces of equipment and how much will that cost? Do they come with a full warranty? They likely will imo... but Ozone does not have many moving parts, so it does not break/wear out easily. Do any of you have Ozone in your hot tub/spa? you might not even know you have it, but they are in most of them. They can last decades. Its the pumps, motors and heating unit that burns out, not the Ozone generator
- Who does the install? Have no idea... but i imagine they contract some local pipe fitters, etc and fly out a project manager to oversee the install... Most all of the installation is piping, then fine tuning the system to produce the correct parts per million (PPM) of Ozone, where its needed.... They might even be able to make adjustments from the GZ headquarters/online.
- What's their expected lifespan before a buyer becomes a repeat customer? Not sure there will be much repeat biz. As i mentioned above, Ozone systems are reliable... Its possible that there will be software upgrades and site expansions, but im guessing there isn't much residual revenues, which is why they charge up to $1,000,000 for a system. The money is upfront... but the market size is billions, so the growth is not limited.
- Is AMFE insured against any possible mishaps with a GZ? No idea
