I want management to be accountable for their actions. One of the big reasons I initially invested in this garbage company was because they had a timeline in their business overview. It appeared back in January that they were working on that but have grown ever quieter with each passing month and only things we really learned after several months were a lawsuit(s) and a booklet. As an investor or potential investor that is not real confidence inspiring.

I agree with you that I don't believe an update with F50 will occur because of the lawsuit. What is strange is the fact that we had regular updates before the lawsuit became commonly known even though the lawsuit was already served.
