What are you wanting from management exactly?

I do understand the frustration, but we as investors cannot expect the company to throw out PR's every two or three weeks. Especially a company who plays by the rules and is required to file an 8-K. I'm sure the company has better things to do then consistently file 8-k's, their time can be valuable elsewhere.

By all means, I want an update just as bad as you do, but I don't want an update that is just going to suffice investors. I want an adequate update that is going to prove this stock is not what some think it is and help the company and investors as a whole.

IMO, there will be no update about the F50 company until this lawsuit is finalized. Even if the company is making progress. Obviously I am not suggesting that a F50 company would ink a deal with a company in a lawsuit; however, if the F50 company thinks this lawsuit is BS, then who's to say it's not waiting to be inked. We don't know!

As far as the lawsuit goes, well it's all public information, so I'm not really sure the company is hiding anything from investors when we have access to it. Therefore, IMO there is no need for an update until something significant happens. And I don't believe that has happened yet!
