Raw, who knows? Could be he wanted group 10 gone and knows more money would be available if they were gone. Could be that more money is waiting until group 10 is gone. Could be negative too. But since seth now owns a lot of shares paid for with his own money it would seem as though he'd be operating in his own best interests indicating the first 2 scenario's above to be more likely.
