They started giving it priority about 2 years ago when they realized they could get it to market faster.

Hollister served a purpose at the time the company was going public but he was more of a cheerleader than anything else. When they were choosing a CMO, they had some very impressive talent who wanted in on this besides Murphy. Murphy was the unanimous choice.
