Citi sees 'significant upside' in Aloca amid China crackdown
Citi analyst Alexander Hacking believes China's crackdown on illegal aluminum smelting will drive "significant upside" for shares of Alcoa. The past week has seen announcements that would suspend 440kT or 1% of operating capacity, Hacking tells investors in a research note. He has a Buy rating on the shares with a $45 price target
