They were not sued directly and found it necessary to try to invalidate the patents that affect 13 cable companies (all of them their clients)

Guilt by association !

They are fu$ked and they know it

Couple that with losing the Markman trial and RPX also losing their attempt to invalidate patents (all 31 claims denied)
