Yes, exactly, in addition to the $2M that Willy is paying Willy. 
WOODWARD use to be the company that his wife had, I have forgotten the name. I have the doc. Anyway, then they changed the name to Woodward and magically Angus ran it.. for about 2 weeks, then Willy took it over.
