Well that's in addition to the $2M Woodward Global "contract" and what other perks McKay has bestowed upon himself.

At one time Woodward was a Nevada corporation owned by Mr. Angus McKay. But wasn't it also transferred to the elder McKay's wife and to Bill McKay as well?

A $2M contract Bill made with himself. ha ha ha
