Long time, no ? Yes. Well anyway I've been a busy little bee. I did finally open WMT at 63.70 after waiting for it to go to 55 (made it down to 56) and I decided to jump in at a bit higher and I'm glad I did.(3.3% dividend) Since owning T since longer than I can remember I added to it at 34 with a 5.88% dividend. I also bought BP which I absolutely love at its near yearly low of 28. I bought at 29 and glad I did. 7% dividend at the time. My timing on PFE before the election at 33.60, with a 4% dividend was okay. Opened PFE November 10th 2016 Some may consider this one bad timing. I consider it a good investment.
My investment orientation has changed. Instead of looking for the "next big thing" like I did with MA, FB and NFBK on their IPO's I'm now focusing strictly on dividend and value.
So..I bought my first corporate bond yielding 5.95% CBL and associates. Due in 2026, just 9 short years from now.
Bought CCV at $26.50 on 6/24/16. I like Comcast.
On 3/22/17 bought NRZ for a whopping 11% dividend, just before its ex div date.
