I'm thinking that there is a possibility that a settlement is already done or is very close to being on the books and that an outstanding share buy-back is in the offing (if that does happen how many shares are purchased back is anyone's guess). What I do know is that if significant dollar settlements do occur, look for a drop in the amount of outstanding shares available...that would only seem to make sense.
