no revenues? nothing from the Target stores or Amazon or HSN?

I'm not sure I understand about the dilution. If they do a r/s, how does that dilute unless they issue more shares to make up for the resulting difference? If it's a 1:10 reverse, for instance, how does that dilute, by itself, doesn't it just take shares off the table? Seriously, I'd appreciate an explanation, thanks.
