Notice item 18 is in the past tense. "Was purchased" etc.

In legal interpretation this indicates that the seller has accepted the offer and the acquisition has taken place. CB is wholly owned by UOip.

The CB is currently 100% owned by UOip. Uoip has an obligation to pay CB 5m before 2020.

This was done because the acquirer basically said we will do all the legal work and win this case. When we do we will give you 5m
