The agreement was never executed on. Period!

Again an LLC is a private company! Fact!

None of the court documents show they are affiliated with Unified which they would have to legally. Fact!

Too many facts contradict wishful thinking! Fact!

Only deal with facts and not smoke and mirrors when it comes to investing.

There are no news for years, no filings, and a skull and crossbones! Fact!

Everything is IMHO. Do your own DD. I don't make you push buttons. You do. Glad I could clear that up for you.
