I'm glad you brought up the whole discount rate on shares given to the debt holders.

This was the first thing I looked for in the PR to see what kind of pps I would have to hope and load around, but it wasn't there.

This was very surprising to me, so after rereading the whole thing it hit me. Why would you agree to not receive shares at a discount as a debt holder unless!!!!, the shares you were currently handed are done so at discount prices.

This is a clear sign to me from the debt holder who have seen the numbers and projections that the pps is not on a down trend.

The whole RS thing is just a bonus considering as a debt holder the deal you get allows no room for a loss scenario.

These are just my FEW cents if you know what I mean.
