Totally agree my friend.

As you said earlier, "debtholders are now investors"...just like us.

This is by far one of the best debt to equity swap deals that I have ever seen in all my years of trading.

Most times, noteholders are able to convert at a 40% discount to the preceding 20 day average PPS, and there are no restrictions on how much they can sell when they sell.

Imo..Rich was able to strongarm the noteholders on the premise that Bellissima is a viable and successful business worthy of a long-term investment.

Also something to consider, if there is an R/S, the noteholders end up with fewer shares....so we can pretty much take a R/S out of the equation at this point...imo
