What about commercial use outside the USA?
I think GTE would generate more business for the Strat outside the U.S. where the FAA wouldn't be an issue. They could do business in countries where the air regulations may not be as "strict" as here in the states and in countries that are anxious for "ANY" technology the Strat can provide. IMO
