That is not indicated in the PR and they would need a separate trading symbol/cusip etc... If the PR is correct, they will give 10K shares of preferred for each common. The part they left out IMO is when you go to convert your preferred to common, what is the conversion ratio? DO you get 1 common share for each 10,000 preferred owned? or is it a higher/lower ratio?
