Answer me this: Why do you think they are convertible to common?
That isn't stated in the press release.

Im hoping after we recieve preffered stock then they will announce a cash dividened for preffered shares, now that will be sweet.

It seems to me that Preferred shares do't have to be convertibles. They could have some other value to them
