In pinky land can there be separate trading in prefs and
common so no impact of prefs on common? Think company can
allow pref to be traded that way. In big people land that happens, rarely, but does happen. PR as written makes
sense that way.
Prefs have certain difs from common like usually no voting, but prefs supposedly get paid first in case of Bk is any $ remain after creditors. Never any $ left in pinkville. They just melt away in the nite leaving SEC to remove them as the elephant followers that org is. LOL

Heres the deal. They mentioned preferred shares. So, if the PR is correct, what they will do is issue you 10K shares of "preferred" stock for each share of common stock you own. What they failed to mention in the PR if infact the PR is correct is at what ratio these preferred shares converted into common? 1:10,000? or higher?
Pennies not a zero sum game as much as some zero game.
