Wrong. ViaDerma is the labeler. They pay Phillips Company for the non-exclusive right to manufacture Viabecline at Phillips facility in Oklahoma, and to distribute it. This info is in the December 2016 Quarterly Report.

Below is a link to a shareholder communication with the two transdermal delivery system inventors: Steven J. Keough and Howard Phillips. Otiko works with Phillips.

They had to alter the formula for Viabecline to avoid similarities with Diabecline as the Diabecline Trademark is held by Keough. The ingredients are noted in my section of the iBox. Diabecline won the Edison Award in 2012.

Outdated product Diabecline. lol Viabecline is new and all VDRM 100% ready to go to market with FDA approval, this product alone is worth the company MILLIONS of dollars.
