Some thoughts is right now it looks like Caribbean Distillery LLC owns TBHT. The label authorization is owned by Florida Distillers, Carribbean Distillers LLC. Besado's trademark is owned by ISBG. IMHO ISBG granted the use of it's BESADO trademark to FDCD LLC for bottling and TBHT is the final company for revenue. Along the way everyone gets a piece of the price. ISBG, FDCD LLC (Carribbean Distillers LLC) and TBHT. What percentages who knows. Who is behind TBHT and FDCD LLC, who knows. The labelling approval is for all bottles distributed where ever they get State Approvals from for distribution, IMHO. The trademark is granted for all States regardless where they started their distribution IMHO. But hay what the hell do I know! All is JMHO
