You've already stated the name on the label, "TEQUILA BESADO HOUSTON TEXAS"

Does ISBG, International Spirit and Beverage Inc., appear anywhere on the documents for any ownership rights?

According to my attorney who's advising on the trademark, you are right in one since, FCD could claim protection due to use, but the protection would only apply to the states where the product was first offered, not nationally or any other state where the product hasn't been offered or sold.
