If that was the case, ISBG trademark would have to be referenced with the term License from ISBG on the label. Which doesn't appear. Also, it would have been necessary for ISBG to notify the Feds of the license for use of trademark protected material, which ISBG hasn't done... The bottom line, it's just sloppy, it matches Alonzo Pierce m.o..
It also shows how Alonzo does off the sheet balance sheet transactions without notifying stockholder and/or note holders.
Why so secretive? Remember ENRON and their off the balance sheet LLC's, in their case to hide losses..
